To Related enterprise:

From 21-Apr.,2010, Waigaoqiao Bureau, Yangshan Bureau, Wusong Bureau will issue CIQ.

1. For all Shanghai factory and load in factory directly, CIQ should issue by territorial bureau.

2. For all break bulk shipment, LCL shipment and produce in other city but ship out from Shanghai, CIQ should arrange and issue by Shanghai Shipping Exchange.

3. For air shipment, CIQ should arrange and issue by Airport Bureau.
